At Boston College, I have designed and taught a seminar on family law called “Regulating the Family” (Fall 2025 and Fall 2026), which explores how U.S. family law interacts with justice, ethics, and public policy. I will also be teaching the black-letter family law class in Spring 2027.

Apart from family law, I am also interested in teaching other private law courses, such as contracts and torts, which are similarly concerned with the legal regulation of social norms and relationships. My research also intersects with wills, trusts, and estates, comparative law, human rights, constitutional law, gender, sexuality and the law, elder law, bioethics, and jurisprudence, which I am happy to teach as well.
